About me

I'm an Engineering Manager and Director with over a decade leading teams, shaping engineering culture, and driving delivery at scale. I've managed cross-functional teams across Mobile, Data, and Quality Engineering — always focused on making the whole organisation ship better, not just one function.

I have a consistent track record of turning slow, reactive teams into ones that ship with confidence. My background in engineering quality gives me a sharper eye than most — but it's the leadership and the systems thinking that move the needle.
